FedEx Ground is currently the most cost-effective way to ship our
10-01 collectors and because they weigh only 19 pounds each we can ship up to four of them per box. We have 20-01 collectors available but, due to their size and weight, are not available through this shopping cart.

Although we take the utmost care in preparing your packages, sometimes there may be a slight possibility of damage(s) occurring.

1. VISIBLE DAMAGE: Please deny any packages with visible damage. If you do not deny the shipment with clearly visible damage we are NOT responsible for filing a claim and if the damage appears to be severe after you accept the package(s) you will be responsible for filing a claim with FedEx.

2. NON-VISIBLE DAMAGE: Damage that occurs inside the package during shipment. Please notify us IMMEDIATELY if this occurs. You will need to take as many helpful photos of the damage as possible. DO NOT discard of the packaging, you will need to use this to return any damaged merchandise. Please send the photos to the e-mail provided below, we will then get in contact with you. We will need to issue a call tag for them to pick up the damaged goods, at this time we will send out a new shipment to you ASAP.
